Adrian Stalley MICM, Managing Director - Oriel Collections
Adrian joined Oriel in May 2003 having built his career as a creative and modern thinking manager in the debt recovery industry over the course of 15 years.
Prior to joining Oriel Adrian has held managerial roles at Endsleigh Insurance, NPower and Cellular Operations giving him a varied background in effective recovery techniques. Having previously managed a call centre of over 200 staff his man-management background is well respected. Prime importance is placed on motivation as this is proven to lead to more effective results.
Adrian's role at Oriel has been to build the collections team to deliver excellent service to its growing client base, and to take personal involvement in client relationships to ensure that expectations are met at every stage.
Vincent Bull, Sales Director - Oriel Collections
Vincent joined Oriel in 2004 having established a career in the receivables funding sector.
Prior to joining Oriel Vincent was a director at Singer & Friedlander Factors and Potential Finance managing the successful growth of those businesses as they developed into established funders within their sector. Having spent 20 years in the factoring and invoice discounting sector he has a thorough understanding of the importance of supporting businesses through effective cashflow management.
Vincent's role at Oriel has been to develop new business through key introducers and direct contact with potential and existing clients. This is achieved through a simple belief that we should always exceed the expectations of our clients.
Chris Vicary - Business Development Director
With 20 years experience in the Collections industry Chris has recently joined Oriel Collections as their Business Development Director. Chris has spent the past 12 years as Head of Division and later, as Sales and Marketing Director at TNC Group, having taken the Collections division from a standing start in 1999 to become a major force in several key commercial sectors.
Reporting to the Managing Director, Adrian Stalley, he states "I've known Adrian for a number of years and we share similar values around client service delivery, brand management and how the industry should be developing. I was looking for a fresh challenge and, in my short time at Oriel, I've been very impressed at the knowledge and quality of the team and the innovative way the company has been identifying several specialist business lines.
Gary Norris, Operations Manager - Oriel Collections
Gary joined Oriel in March of 2008 after spending the previous 19 years in the commercial debt recovery market.
In his last role before joining Oriel at Thomson Local, Gary managed the credit control function and worked closely with appointed DCA'S building a successful partnership reducing bad debt provisions year on year his experience of working with DCA'S stood Gary in good stead to fulfil his role of Operations managers, with the main objective to provide a seamless collections/credit control outsource facility for Oriel clients.
